AED300m deals expected at Dubai property show in UK


(MENAFN- Arab News) Tap 8 million Londoners and millions of other European residents a property show will be held at Olympia London over three days from Feb 27 to March 1.

The show will be a highly targeted and unique showcase of properties in Dubai.

Sumansa Exhibitions organizers of the event are expecting 2000 buyers to visit the show whereas the inaugural edition will be spread over a total of 3800 sqm area with 120 exhibiting stands.

'The Dubai Property Show intends to ride on this wave creating awareness about the real estate opportunities in Dubai and highlighting the benefits of investing in property' said Sunil Jaiswal CEO Sumansa Exhibitions.

'We are very proud to present the innovative and exclusive concept of Dubai Property Show' he said. 'Dubai has already attracted global attention and created an extensive investment opportunity for the world much of which revolves around the hospitality and real estate industry' said the CEO.

'We are expecting a transaction of AED250 to AED300 million during the expo. Since a large number of GCC nationals and South Asians live in the UK we hope that the demand will be very high' Aga Sajid Ali director of Sumansa Exhibitions told Arab News on the sidelines of the press conference.

'We are also expecting support from Dubai land department for the event. We have already submitted our proposal to the department Ali added. 'Dubai Property Show will allow participants to reach a completely new and high-potential customer base' Ali added.

'Dubai's real estate is one of the best markets in the world and surely the number one in the Middle East region Dubai has achieved great reputation world wide as the favorite tourist and business destination' Sunil Jaiswal added while explaining the significance of the event.

'On the other hand British property investors are savvy they understand the potential here and also value the no tax policy on rental and capital gains plus the no restriction on repatriation of funds just makes the Dubai real estate market not only fruitful but easy and transparent' said Sunil Jaiswal.
