(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Khaled Al-Shebani met Wednesday Australian Foreign Minister Julie Isabel Bishop in a meeting for ambassadors of Middle East countries in Australia.
"The meeting tackled Australia's relations with Middle Eastern countries and means to bolster them in different domains," Al-Shebani told KUNA via phone.
He noted on the discussions focused on expanding bilateral political, economic and social cooperation.
The meeting also touched upon the latest political and security developments in the Middle East and their impact on the region and the whole world, Ambassador Al-Shebani said.
