Tokyo Stocks Decline Monday
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kyo june 16 (qna) - tokyo stocks declined monday with the nikkei stock index hitting a two-week low as investors cashed in on gains following their rallies on friday nikkei asian review reported monday.
the 225-issue nikkei stock average ended down 164.55 points or 1.09% from friday at 14933.29. the broader topix index of all first section issues on the tokyo stock exchange finished 9.29 points or 0.75% lower at 1234.68.
major decliners included real estate mining and rubber products shares. (qna)
