Dubai Hills Estate is envisaged as the city of the future developed by a joint venture of Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties PJSC in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), the region’s largest of its kind real estate development.
The second phase of Mulberry at Park Heights features around 330 elegantly designed and premium quality apartments, and will appeal to families seeking a luxurious lifestyle in one of the city’s most sought-after developments.
Emaar will launch the second phase of Mulberry at Park Heights simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Baku and Hong Kong. Online registration will commence on March 12, 2014, at 10am, at www.emaar.com. Sales will be held on March 15 at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in Dubai, and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, in Abu Dhabi, at 10am.
The sale in Baku will be held at The Fairmont Baku at the Flame Towers at 10am and the Hong Kong sale will be held at the Island Shangri-La, Pacific Place, Supreme Court Road at 2pm.
Emaar is also offering long-term investors and end-users the opportunity to register for the Emaar Preferred Access programme, also at www.emaar.com.
Investors who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed, will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes, subject to conditions, through this new customer-oriented initiative.
Dubai Hills Estate is located in MBR City and centrally by the junction of Umm Al Suqeim Road and Al Khail Road, in easy access of Sheikh Zayed Road and only a 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai. Residents will also have access to the Etihad Rail and the upcoming Dubai Metro Purple and Pink lines which will border the development, enabling fast and easy connection.
