(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Iraqi Joint Operations Command announced cleansing Malaha, Albu Soda and Albu Shehab areas in the island of Khalidiya of Anbar province, calling on the people of these areas to return to it, National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) reported.
The spokesman of the JOC, Brigadier Saad Maan told NINA that the first Division (rapid intervention) and through lightning and fast process was able to cleanse Malaha, Albu Soda and Albu Shehab in the island of Khalidiya, destroying a number of cars, killing a number of the ISIS terrorist militants
" He added, "The Joint Operations Command calls on the inhabitants of these areas to return, after they have been completely cleared of militants of ISIS".
