PIC reports receipt of European best practice award

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) announced here, Wednesday, its receipt of a European Award for Best Practices for 2013, snatching gold for its distinguished performance in the field of quality management strategies. A press statement by the company said PIC had delegated Director of Engineering, Health, Safety, and Environment Affairs Hashim Hassan Hashim to receive the award in the Austrian capital, Vienna. The European Awards for Best Practices, run by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR), recognize the outstanding commitment, support, and results in quality management strategies both in large companies/organizations and medium/small sized enterprises/businesses/organizations.
