Dubai property prices much higher than Abu Dhabi's
(MENAFN) An analysis by propertyfinder.ae shows that property prices in Dubai maintained its upward trend and are now USD544,500 higher than prices in Abu Dhabi, Arabian Business reported.
The leading property portal stated that its observation of live market statistics from Market Price Live revealed that the ask price in Dubai was USD1.39 million, while in Abu Dhabi it stood at USD898,000.
The Managing Director and Partner at propertyfinder.ae said: "So, whilst the market is showing positive growth, recovery seems limited to prime neighborhoods, unlike Dubai where the pace of growth has been widespread."
