China to maintain current economic policy setting
(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Â Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said China will maintan a stable economic policy and that the economy was still growing at a relatively fast pace and within forecast range.
China would also look to de-regulate to manage current growth.
The employment situation has also been steady this year, said Li.
However, there were headwinds and that the situation needed to be monitored closely.
Li made the comments at a meeting with leaders of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong provinces.
The comments were interpreted by many as indicating that the government would not use stimulatory policies to stoke economic growth.
