Sameera Reddy marries Akshai Varde

(MENAFN-Arab News) MUMBAI: It is wedding season in Bollywood and the latest celebrity to get hitched is Sameera Reddy. The actress tied the knot with Akshai Varde, a bike company owner, in a special wedding ceremony on Tuesday.

Sameera met Akshai, the co-owner of Vardenchi motorcycles, about two and a half years ago and have been dating since then. The two got engaged in a private ceremony at Sameera’s Bandra residence in December

The groom arrived on a high-end bike at Sameera’s residence. The bride's sister Sushma Reddy welcomed the groom along with the family members at their doorstep according to complete Maharashtrian rituals, including washing his feet and showing him the mirror.
