Monika is currently an ESRC Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Sociology and Criminology at Manchester Metropolitan University. She completed her PhD in 2022 at the University of Sheffield, focusing on emotional responses to climate change data visualisation and its potential for democratic participation across different national contexts.
