Nasser Al-Khelaïfi Meets President Of Kazakhstan, Discusses Padel Development In The Country
Astana: Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Luigi Carraro, President of the International Padel Federation and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, Chairman of Premier Padel. The meeting focused on the development of padel in Kazakhstan.
The country now has a growing community of more than 1,500 active players and 16 regional federations. Seventeen modern courts are already operating, and by 2027, the new ADD Padel Arena in Almaty - featuring 10 world-class courts - will become one of Central Asia's most advanced venues, capable of hosting Premier Padel tournaments.
The Head of State expressed confidence that enhanced cooperation with the International Padel Federation will further strengthen the development and popularization of padel in Kazakhstan.
