Tunisia’s president convenes with Algeria’s FM
(MENAFN) A report issued by the presidency said that on Monday, Aug. 23 Tunisia’s President Kais Saied welcomed visiting Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra.
The presidency reported that the Algerian foreign minister had a written message from Algeria’s President Abdelmadjid Tebboune for Tunisian president.
The report noted that Lamamra stressed that the actual stage is "full of challenges" to establish regular consultation between both nations and in the service of the shared interests of the two peoples.
For his part, Saied voiced the Tunisian strong determination to maintain the work of consultation and organization with Algeria on bilateral and regional matters to guarantee the security and stability of both nations and to combat against the risks that endanger the region.
