Kuwait Amir sends condolences to Greek Pres. over forest fire victims

KUWAIT, Aug 7 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Saturday to Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou over forest fire victims.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow mercy upon the dead and for a speedy recovery for the injured, hoping for the friendly country to overcome such natural disaster.
His Highness the crown prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables. (end)
