Tanzania's conservation body, WCS ink agreement to boost anti-poaching attempts

(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Apr. 14 the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) inked a deal to boost anti-poaching attempts.
The anti-poaching and other conservation actions will be carried out down the Ruaha-Katavi ecosystem, stated TAWA's acting conservation commissioner, Mabula Misungwi.
Misungwi express thanks to WCS for collaborating with TAWA noting combating poaching needed combined efforts.
Noah Mpunga, WCS director for Tanzania, urged other conservation organizations to assist the country toward nature conservation.
