(MENAFN)Dubai plans to renovate an industrial suburb known for workshops and labor accommodation into a hotbed of creative talent.
The Al Quoz Creative Zone is going to mark a one-stop shop for creatives, offering permits, licenses, in addition to reduced rental fees.
According to Dubai Crown Prince Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, the new region builds on Dubai’s earlier announcement to become “a new global creative capital and the top destination of choice for talents from all over the world.”
Artists and other advantages of the devoted zone can also access financing solutions, in addition to workshops and training opportunities to develop their skills.
