DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani ratified yesterday cabinet decision no. 16 of 2019 issuing the executive regulations of law no. 24 of 2015 regulating tenders and auctions.
The decision is effective starting the next day of its publication in the official gazette.
