Qatar's leading telecommunications operator today announced an amazing new promotion for its Ooredoo Money customers.

Recognising that customers tend to send remittances to their home countries at special times of the year such as Eid, and that they also want to stay connected to family, friends and loved ones, Ooredoo has designed a promotion to accommodate both priorities.

Customers sending transfers of QR 1,001 or more to one of a list of eligible countries, with competitive fees and one of the best exchange rates in Qatar, will get 2 GB data absolutely free.

Countries included in the promotion are Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Palestine and Morocco. Free data will be valid for five days from successful international money transfer transaction via Ooredoo Money, and the promotion runs until 20 June 2019.
