Construction contract in Estonia (T&#252ri Basic School) Tallinn Stock Exchange:MRK1T

On 20 May 2019, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Türi Municipality entered into a contract for the construction of Türi Basic School buidings at F. J. Wiedemanni st. 3a, Türi.

The contract includes the demolition of the old school house and construction of a new 2-storey school building as well as a 3-storey sports building.

The contract value is approximately EUR 11.4 million, plus value added tax. The construction will start in May 2019 and the works are scheduled to be completed in August 2020.

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ( merko.ee ) is Estonian leading construction company, which offers construction services in general construction, civil engineering, road, electrical and residential construction.
