Myanmar busts 15 human smuggling cases
(MENAFN) The Anti-Trafficking Police Force declared that Myanmar authorities have busted 15 human smuggling cases last month.
Twenty-one people including two children have been involved, as 39 people were arrested in links to the cases.
During the period, Yangon region occupied the first place with seven human smuggling cases while the cases also took place in Shan, Kachin states, Ayeyarwady and Mandalay regions, respectively.
Up to 317 people including 25 children were victimized in links with 206 human smuggling cases in the country in 2018.
