Jordan- 5,703 Syrian refugees return home since borders reopening

Amman, Dec. 14 (Petra) –The number of registered Syrian refugees in Jordan who have returned to their country since the reopening of the Jaber border crossing last October, stood at 5,703, according to an official source.

Figures showed that 28,774 Syrians, who are not registered as refugees, left the kingdom through the Jaber border crossing during this period while the number of those who entered the Kingdom reached 14,741, the source said in a statement to Petra on Friday.
