Azerbaijani mobile operator to launch cellular services app

Azerbaijani mobile operator Azerfon LLC is preparing to offer its subscribers an application for managing cellular services, the company's CEO Gunnar Pahnke said during a press conference on Sept. 28.
The app will be based on the principle of self-service, Pahnke said.
"The service is among our future plans and will be included in our product line. The app will be available to our subscribers in the near future," Pahnke added.
The application will provide maximum comfort to subscribers, so that they will be able to solve most of the issues remotely without the help of the Call Center. The main task is to minimize calls to the operator's offices and Call Center. Subscribers will be able to easily manage the services to which they are connected and access or deactivate the services they need.
