Jordan- Wanted men nabbed, weapons seized in Northern Badia raids
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Northern Badia, Nov. 18 (Petra) –– Security forces in the northern Badia on Saturday arrested two wanted men and seized weapons after raiding and searching their houses.
Deputy director of the Northern Badia Police, Col. Khalil Al-Abdallat, said that based on information received by the Preventive Security Department that a number of wanted persons were hiding in one of the houses, security forces and rapid response police moved in and arrested its owner, who was wanted on 26 criminal charges.
He said the owner of the second house, who was found to be wanted on seven criminal offenses, was also apprehended and security forces found in his possession a Kalashnikov rifle, two guns, night-vision devices, communication equipment and drug pills.
