Jordanian King Abdullah meets with US evangelical leaders

(MENAFN)A Royal Court stated that on Tuesday, a delegation of US evangelicals led by Joel Rosenberg has visited Jordan as part of a regional tour and met with His Majesty King Abdullah. The King and the delegation discussed the resume peace negotiations between the Palestinians and the Israelis on the basis of the two-state solution, and His Majesty pointed out that the US administration's commitment to support peace efforts can be seen.The meeting also addressed the strategic partnership between Jordan and the US in different fields.International and regional efforts in the war against terrorism were also discussed within a holistic approach.
