Saudi Aramco works to curb emissions
(MENAFN)Saudi Aramco along with other global energy companies have announced an investment package for new and promising technologies that seek to limit emissions.
Major leaders in energy and climate sectors have met with President and CEO of Aramco, Amin Nasser on Friday at the annual meeting of investment group Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI), in order to discuss these innovations.
Nasser said Saudi Aramco was asked to focus on research and the improving of innovate emission-lowering technologies and transform them into commercial products and projects that are cost-effective and will have some environmental advantages.
