
Qatar- Awqaf distributes religious books
The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) has distributed 3,263 religious books, among them copies of the Holy Quran ‘ Mushaf'.
This came as part of the ministry's continuing support for all activities which contributes of support spreading Holy Quran and books related.
A number of entities like governmental and private institutions, schools and centres for learning the Holy Quran have benefited from this books which have been distributed during the period from October 27 last year to September 25 this year.
Some of these books help of learning children reading and writing especially children in the ages which not yet join the schools. The ministry said it keens to offer and distribute such books to educate people Quran and books related to learning it.
