UAE Ambassador and Polish official discuss cooperation in digital affairs

WARSAW, Poland, 5th September, 2017 (WAM) -- Dr. Youssef Issa Hassan Al Sabri, UAE Ambassador to Poland, has met with Krzysztof Szubert, Polish Secretary of State of the Government Plenipotentiary for Digital Single Market, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

The meeting was held on request from the Polish side to discuss bilateral relations between the UAE and Poland and ways of promoting and developing cooperation in the field of digital affairs.

The officials also discussed the possibility of including the Polish city of Lodz to Expo 2020 Dubai, with Szubert highlighting the city's potential and its bid to host the Specialised Expo in 2022.

Dr. Al Sabri expressed UAE's keenness to strengthen its cooperation with Poland in various fields.
