Lebanon stresses on dealing with Kuwaiti memo
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, Aug 3 (KUNA) -- The Lebanese Cabinet on Thursday emphasized necessity of tackling content of the memo addressed by the State of Kuwait to the government.
Minister of Information Milhem Riachi, reading the Cabinet statement after a session, said President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri touched on the Kuwaiti memorandum during the meeting.
The Cabinet has affirmed that Kuwait and Lebanon are bonded with solid relationship and underscored the Kuwaiti aid given to the country.
It stressed on necessity of tackling content of the Kuwaiti memo and thrashing out the relevant fact, on the basis of mutual interests. (end) wsm.rk
