Kuwaiti parliament speaker in Rabat for AIPU meeting on Aqsa Mosque
RABAT, July 26 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim arrived in Rabat on Wednesday evening to head a Kuwaiti delegation attending an emergency meeting of Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) on Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The meeting due at the AIPU headquarters on Thursday will focus on Israeli violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Kuwaiti speaker was received at Rabat Airport by Deputy Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives Rasheed Al-Abdi, the house's clerk Najuib Khadi and Kuwaiti Charge d'affaires in Morocco Ghazi Al-Fadhli and several other Kuwaiti diplomats.
The Kuwaiti delegation consists of Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Parliamentary Caucus MP Rakan Al-Nesf, the Secretary of the Kuwaiti Parliamentary Caucus Dr. Ouda Al-Ruwai'e, Treasurer Walid Al-Tabtabaei, the executive committee member of the parliamentary caucus Dr. Khalil Abdullah Abul, in addition to the Assembly's Secretary General Allam Al-Kandari.
