Kuwait- US Sec. of State arrives in Doha

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) DOHA, July 13 (KUNA) -- US Secretary of State Rex Talerson arrived in Doha on Thursday from Kuwait for talks on the Gulf crisis and supporting Kuwaiti mediation aimed at bridging the Gulf rift.

آ آ آ Tillerson had met in Kuwait today with Sheikh acting Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah in the presence of Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and acting Minister of Information Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah آ آ آ The two sides reviewed the efforts exerted to resolve the Gulf dispute and the results of the tour conducted by the US Secretary of State in the region.

Tillerson stressed the importance of the mediation role played by the State of Kuwait and his country's full support for the efforts of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
