Home sales grow the highest level since 9 years
(MENAFN) Reaching their highest level in nine years, an unexpected growth in US home sales for July, whereas a large increase in demand.
The commerce department stated that new home sales grew surprisingly 12.4% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate 654.000 units last month, which is the highest level since October 2007.
Moreover, July's increase exaggerates the housing market strength, but still, sales were up 31.3% from a year ago.
