Oman's real estate deals reach USD15.97bn in H1


(MENAFN) The value of traded deals in the real estate sector in Oman reached USD15.97bn in the first half of this year, while the collected fee reached USD110.06bn.

Accordingly, the number of real estate transactions among the Sultanate during the period reached 214,979 including sale, donation and division transactions.

On the other hand, the value of the exchanged deals stood at USD10.1bn and the collected fee from the same was USD203.03bn.

In addition, the highest number of sale contracts amid the cited half of 2016 was at North Batinah with 8,605 followed by South Batinah (7,543).
