Lithium Power International Ltd to acquire South American asset

Lithium Power International Ltd (ASX:LPI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open. Lithium Power requested the halt pending the acquisition of a stake in a South American asset.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 19th July 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
