YBA Kanoo buys Saudi TCC
(MENAFN) Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Company (YBA Kanoo), has obtained a 100 percent stake in the Saudi-based Technical Contracting Company (TCC), based on reports.
In particular, TCC, Based in Jubail Industrial City, works in the field of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation contracting and maintenance services.
Moreover, the Saudi-based TCC is an approved dealer to Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Saudi Electric Company, Saline Water Conversion Corporation, Maaden and the Royal Commission.
"This acquisition is a strategic decision for the seamless integration of our oil and gas division to provide value-added services to our customers", chairman of YBA said.
