Israel plans to build concrete wall along Gaza Strip
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Occupied Jerusalem, June 16 (Petra) -- Israel has announced plans to build a concrete wall along its borders with the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli daily Yediot Aharonot unveiled that the wall, which will extend over 60 miles, will cost an estimated $570 million.
This will be the third defense line against Gaza, following a 1994 60km fence and another one in 2005, after the Israeli withdrawal from the coastal enclave.
