Hyundai, KIA sales fall in March


(MENAFN) Hyundai Motor Co. and its smaller affiliate, KIA Motors Corp. viewed their combined sales in the U.S fall in March, but their Q1 performances were the best.

Moreover, the two S. Koreans auto sold a joined 133.589 unit in the U.S. last month, down 0.15 percent from 133,790 units sold in 2015.

Additionally, Hyundai's sales increased 0.4 percent to 75,310 units on the strong need for the Tucson sport utility car.

KIA's sales decreased to 58,279 units from last year's 58,771, but the firm proclaimed the figure included the best-ever single month sales.
