Egypt's Wadi Degla aims to record sales of USD 675mn
(MENAFN) Egypt's developer, Wadi Degla Holding plans to register contractual sales of USD 675.4mn this current year.
Moreover, the company is working on launching two new projects through the recent year, specifically a project in the Fifth Settlement (Tagamou El Khames).
Additionally, it would stretch over 139.000 m2 tailored to set up 995 residential units and another project in Ain Sukhna that would involve 1500 units.
The firm will also establish Neopolis-El Mostakbal City with whole investments of USD 1.46bn and expected incomes of USD 2.24bn.
