Pakistani Unilever's net profit hits USD113m in 2015
(MENAFN) Unilever Pakistan Foods posted gross incomes of USD113 million for the financial year that ended in Dec, mainly attributed to a significant development in volumes.
The Pakistan subsidiary of the Anglo-Dutch multinational consumer goods company witnessed its net profit surge 5 percent as opposed to 2014's reported USD110 million.
However, the registered figures were below market projections, mainly on the back of the company's admin and distribution expenses as it has climbed 29 percent over the cited FY.
Moreover, Unilever is the world's third-largest consumer goods company measured by 2012 revenue, after Procter & Gamble and Nestle, and its products are available in 190 nations.
