Jordan- Anti Narcotics Department agents arrest 6 drug dealers
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman Feb. 28 (Petra)--Anti-Narcotic Department (AND) agents arrested 6 suspected drug dealers and seized 20 kilograms of hashish during a raid in the Northeastern Badia.
According to the Public Security Department AND agents set up a plan to raid a number of tents in the Northeastern Badia that were used by a number of persons to promote and sell drugs.
During the operation the suspects fled to a nearby farm but they were later arrested and 20 kilograms of hashish were found in their possession.
The suspects were referred to the State Security Court prosecutor general after being questioned.
