S. Korea's food producers set eyes on Muslim food market


(MENAFN) Muslim food and beverage markets are continuously expanding and attracting a wider customer base, thus it promises to generate a lot of growth for the entire food industry, and here where the escalating interest from South Korean food firms comes.

This great interest will strongly be reflected by the participation of 41 local companies in the upcoming five-day exhibition Gulfood 2016 fair in Dubai to reveal their high quality food products in order to win potential customers and get the much needed exposure.

Moreover, the anticipated exhibition is the world's second-largest after Cologne's Anuga food fair and usually draws nearly 90,000 buyers and 4,800 food producers from around the globe, and this time the producers are making a push to increase their presence in the Muslim food market.
