UN Security Council calls for emergency meeting on Korean missile
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The United Nations Security Council will hold an emergency session in response to North Korea's launch of long-range ballistic missile Sunday, dpa reported. A spokesman for UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called the launch "deeply deplorable." Security Council resolutions prohibit North Korea from test-firing any rocket based on ballistic missile technology.
