(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BAGHDAD Jan 4 (KUNA) -- A double suicide bombing killed eight Iraqi soldiers at a military post near the southwestern borders with Saudi Arabia the Command of Al-Anbar Operations announced Monday night.Two explosive-laden vehicles broke into the post in Al-Nakhib and blew up an Iraqi military source told KUNA.The attack resulted in eight deaths among the military personnel manning the post including an officer besides destroying several military vehicles the source added.Soon after the attack the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for it in a statement posted on the militant group's website.
