Qatar- Strong winds, dusty conditions likely today
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Strong winds, dusty conditions and a cooler night are expected in the country today, the Met office has said.
Offshore areas, too, are likely to see strong winds along with high seas, according to the forecast.
The minimum and maximum temperatures in the country are expected to be 18C and 28C today, respectively, with the forecast for Doha being 21C and 28C.
Slight to blowing dust is likely in some places, along with partly cloudy conditions and a weak chance of rain at first. It will be relatively cold by night, according to the weather report, which also shows that the wind speed in some of these areas may reach 22kt by the afternoon.
In offshore areas, the wind speed will range from 18-25kt during the day, going up to 28kt at certain times. Partly cloudy conditions, along with a chance of scattered rain, are also expected in these places.
Visibility, meanwhile, may drop to 3km in some places during the day.
