Omani Sharakah to launch 9 ventures at USD1.3m
(MENAFN) Oman's Sharakah, the Fund for Development of Youth Projects, supported nine projects since the beginning of this year with a total worth of USD1.3 million.
Ten USD2.1 million projects had been aided by Sharakah in 2014, with an overall of 78 projects that have been supported by the organization since its establishment.
Additionally, Sharakah also intends to hold a forum on December 14 and 15 under the theme 'the role of social media in supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs)'.
Media organizations from all media platforms, including print, digital and social media, will be invited, plus there will be a section focused on domestic SMEs in the field of media.
