China's Services' industry increases 8.4 percent on year in H1


(MENAFN) Despite all the recent unsettling turmoil, China still has a large potential to boost industrial growth and economic development, based on recent reports.

As to the part of the country's economy concerned with the provision of services, grew 8.4 percent on year in the first half, up 0.4 percent as opposed to 2014.

High-tech industries are also reporting positive growth; proved by the first half figures were high-tech manufacturing value-added industrial output grew by 10.5 percent y-o-y.

China set its 2015 economic growth target at 7 percent, the lowest in more than a decade. January-June GDP hit the target, with expansion up 7 percent from 2014's same period.
