Jordan- Two killed, 6 injured in various road accidents
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Two people were killed and six injured in separate road accidents in Zaraqa governorate and the capital Amman.
Civil Defense Department's (CDD) rescue teams rushed to the scene in Zarqa, where one citizen was fatally wounded and 5 others wounded when their car collided with a billboard on Azraq road, CDD statement said. Officials said the condition of the injured was reported as moderate. They administered first aid to the injured and transferred them to a nearby hospital.
Separately, in western Amman, rescue CDD's personnel dealt with a run-over accident, where one female died and other male injured and his condition was reported moderate.
Also in Amman CDD's cadres administered first aid to two Egyptian workers before transferring them to a nearby hospital, where the workers plunged from a building and suffered fractures and their condition was described as fair.
