Qatar Condemns Occupation of UAE Embassy in Yemen
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The State of Qatar expressed Tuesday its condemnation to the occupation of the UAE embassy in Yemen by the Houthi group.
A statement released today from the Qatari Foreign Ministry said that the occupation of the embassy is considered a violation of all international laws focusing on protecting diplomatic missions. It was also a clear violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
The ministry called in the statement for the Houthi group to evacuate the building and relinquish control over it.
