Qatar- Minister attends Belarus event
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah on Friday participated in the anniversary celebration of Belarus' independence, which falls on July 3. HE the minister represented Qatar in the celebrations, in which a number of world leaders and senior officials took part.
