Emirates Global Aluminum unit sign four infrastructure deals


(MENAFN) Emirates Global Aluminum PJSC (EGA) signed four infrastructure deals through one of its units, namely Guinea Alumina Corporation SA (GAC), according to resources familiar with the matter, Gulf News reported.

The deals are made with the Government of the Republic of Guinea (GoG), represented by the Ministry of Mines and Geology and the National Agency for Development of Mining Infrastructures (ANAIM).

The four deals are: a multi-user operations agreement, a port operations agreement, an infrastructures agreement and a port agreement.

"The Government of the Republic of Guinea is pleased to see that, despite the difficulties of this initiative we have been able to overcome all the challenges to achieve a result that augurs [well for] future success," the Guinean Minister of State for Mines and Geology said.
