Ashrawi Calls for Just Solution to Palestine Refugees Plight

(MENAFN- QNA) PLO executive committee member Hanan Ashrawi affirmed the necessity that the Palestinian people should exercise their inalienable rights , including a just solution to the plight of Palestine refugees in accordance with international law and relevant UN resolutions, notably the UN General Assembly resolution (194).

Hanan Ashrawi, the Special Representative of the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas made the remarks during her participation at the conference on the occasion of the 65th Anniversary Event of United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) , entitled " Sustaining Human Development and Protecting Rights of Palestine Refugees." Ashrawi said "It is inevitable to achieve Palestinian - Israeli peace, the Arab-Israeli peace process and the independence of the Palestinian State based on 1967 borders with East Jerusalem, saying that a time had come to exercise the necessary political will to end the Israeli occupation of our land within a specific and binding time frame.QNA) .
