European Council President receives credentials of new Jordanian envoy
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) President of the European Council Donald Tusk, on Wednesday, received a copy of the credentials of the new Jordanian envoy to the EU, Yousef Batayneh.
Batayneh, who is also the Kingdom's Ambassador to Belgium, conveyed the regards of His Majesty King Abdullah II to Tusk and his pride in the strong bilateral relations between Jordan and the EU in various domains.
Tusk praised these close ties, appreciating his Majesty's role in attempts to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East.
